- No. Welco syncs through your existing iCal link from Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO or Hostaway. There's no PMS to migrate onto and nothing to rebuild. Paste the calendar link and Welco knows who's staying and when.
- How does Welco make sure it only talks to real guests?
- Welco matches the phone number messaging you against your synced reservations, or checks an access code. Someone who isn't a verified guest for a current or upcoming stay doesn't get answers about your property.
- What languages can Welco reply in?
